Sacro-Cranial Reflexology is a non-invasive therapy combining Reflexology with Sacro-Cranial Therapy, allowing dysfunctions to be assessed and corrected through specific techniques, accelerating the body's self-regeneration. During the session the sacro-cranial rhythm is assessed at the head, then the appropriate treatment protocol is applied to the feet. It brings relief from stress, low mood, insomnia, migraines and pain.
