The facilitator
Cláudia Campanário
Creator of the Método Essência Livre, Cláudia brings 15 years of learning, lived through pain and love, sadness and joy.
Her path began around the age of 30, in a difficult period that became the start of a deep transformation. Seeking new answers, she studied Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Art Therapy, Chromotherapy, Reiki and Pranic Healing. At a Spiritist Centre she learned and took part in deep work of care, spiritual assistance and human development.
Later, her move from Brazil to Portugal, a separation and the pandemic brought new questions. That is when Family Constellations took a central place in her journey. Working with others, she noticed that the stories changed but the human patterns were very similar, and that the sensitivity of those who accompany others needs method, ethics and protection.
Over about two years she organised what she observed into a clear sequence: self-knowledge, emotions, family patterns, spirituality, energy, mediumship, purpose and expansion of consciousness. This is how the Método Essência Livre was born.
Today she gives this training to those who already support others. Her work is to help therapists recognise their own mediumistic manifestations, work with them consciously and turn them into a concrete tool in service of the people who seek them.

This training was designed for those already practising who feel their sensitivity could go further. If you already see clients and want to understand better what you pick up when someone walks into the room, this is your path. We don't ask for previous mediumistic experience: we ask for practice, commitment and the will to serve those who seek you better.

No. Many who join have been seeing clients for years and never put a name to what they feel. The training starts where you are: what we ask for is openness, commitment and the willingness to know yourself.
That is the intention. Across the modules we link what is learned to practice: how to prepare a session, how to read the field of whoever arrives, and how to stay steady and protected after seeing someone.
Both. You can join online on a Friday, from 9am to 1pm or from 2pm to 6pm, or in person on a Saturday, from 10am to 6pm, at Ponto de Luz, in Jardins da Parede.
Each module is a monthly gathering. If you can't attend, talk to us: we always look for a way to integrate the missed content.
